Jason Elam's 24-yard FG wins it on the 3rd play of OT following a 55-yard run by Ron Dayne. Dayne earlier scored on a 16-yard TD to give the Broncos a 21-14 lead in the 3rd quarter.

Meanwhile, Dallas suffers from several costly mistakes. Denver grabs the early lead when Champ Bailey intercepts Drew Bledsoe and returns it 65 yards for a TD. Billy Cundiff misses a 34-yard FG in the 4th quarter with the score tied 21-21.
