Notes: Includes commercials and halftime... Much of the 1st 10 minutes is unwatchable because of some unusual horizontal bars that break up the picture. Also appears ABC had difficulty with its tape machine for replays in the 1st half.

Raiders hold off the Cowboys 27-23 to wrap up a 12-2 season on a Saturday night special edition MNF.

With nothing but pride to play for, Oakland clears the bench in victory. Even George Blanda contributes a 28-ard TD pass to Cliff Branch.

Dallas catches some early breaks as Drew Pearson falls on a fumble in the end zone for a TD, and then the Cowboys add a safety for a 9-3 lead when the Raiders botch a punt in their own end zone. But Oakland rallies as Kenny Stabler hits Fred Biletnikoff for a 10-yard TD, and then CHarle Smith on a 15-yard TD pass to take a 17-9 lead.

Blanda's TD pass as the 3rd of 4 Oakland QBs to play extends the lead to 24-9. Dallas cuts it closer with 2 TD runs by Doug Dennison.
