Cincinnati takes advantage of Philadelphia's mistakes to score the big upset, winning just its 2nd game of the season. The Bengals convert 4 turnovers into 3 TDs and a FG.

Kenny Anderson hits Pete Johnson with a 15-yard TD pass after Jim Browner picks Ron Jaworski. Chris Bahr adds a 24-yard FG for a 10-0 lead after Wally Henry fumbles the ensuing KO. Anderson's 5-yard TD pass to Archie Griffin opens a 17-3 lead after Dick Jauron recover Leroy Harris' fumble.

Anderson extends the lead with a 6-yard TD run w/ 4:18 left in the 1st half. Griffin's 63-yard run sets up another 24-yard FG by Bahr in the 3rd quarter, that gives Cincinnati a 27-6 lead. Johnson adds a 1-yard TD run for a 34-6 edge after Wilbert Montgomery fumbles.
