Tennessee overcomes 13 penalties, with stiffling defense and a big run by Steve McNair, and a big day by Eddie George. McNair sprints through the Baltimore defense for a 40-yard TD run giving the Titans a 6-2 lead in the 1st quarter. Al Del Greco adds a pair of FGs to extend the lead to 12-2 in the 3rd quarter.

The Oilers control the game behind Eddie George's 121 yards rushing while the defense holds Priest Holmes to just 29 yards on 14 carries. Blaine Bishop provides the finishing touch, intercepting Eric Zeier at the 2-yard line on the final play.
