A Suggestion Of Giving Addresses For Space
Objects
Introduction
we all have addresses,phone numbers,I.D number,Driving license number
etc.
hopefully, in the future,each one of us will have only one number to
"describe" us.it will be able to give doctors medical information about
us.messages will sent to us by this number and phone calls will be made to
this number.
therefore, in the really far future, everything will be connected to each
other and everybody will be reached easily,even if he is spending his
vacation on Pluto...
But,places will have to have addresses,and the system that finds our
location no matter where we are will have to have an address so it can
send the information to it.
in this article, i will try to make some suggestion of how addresses of
places will be determined.
when i say places i mean space places.for example: the location of a sattelite orbiting earth in a LEO in a
certain time, and the address of your friend who lives on a certain
street of a certain colony on Europe, a moom of Jupiter.
-although the asteroid belt is not a planet, it will have big place in our
future as miners and space-colonists
Some abbreviations,terms for easier use and Some problems i must
overcome first
MWG-Milky Way Galaxy.
SOS-The Solar System.
E&M- The Earth and Moon System. the center of mass is in the core of
earth.
ASB-The Asteroid Belt.
JUS-Jupiter system, Jupiter and it's moons are very similar in
practice to the solar system. colonization will not be on the big mass in
the center but on the more potential moons orbiting it.
SAS-Saturn System, same as JUS
P&C- Pluto and it relatively large moon Cheron.The joined gravity
center is not a helpfull figure.some other method have to be found.
CSA-Close (to) Surface atmosphere.for eg.: on earth, the atmosphere
in which planes fly.in venus,Jupiter and saturn; all the densed
atmosphere.not found on the moon,mercury,pluto and most of the moons.
SUO-Sub Orbit (under 200 Km height on earth). considered as the
atmosphere above CSA where the gasses are despersed.or planets and moons
that have a very light atmosphere, enough to cause drag for orbiting
objects
SOP-Surface Of Planet
LEO-Low Earth Orbit (already commonly Used.From 250-350 km )
MEO-Medium Earth Orbit(not in use, as far as i know)
HEO-High Earth Orbit(not in use, as far as i know)
GEO-Geosynchronic Earth orbit(already in use.35,900 km)
EVO-Escape Velocity Object- an object(spaceship,shuttle,Colony)
making his way between two other space object, or escaping
from one space object like planet or sun to infinity is
very difficult to mark as it's orbit and relative position
NBO-Not (in the) Belt Objects.mainly for all the asteroids
which have a parabolic orbit around the sun.for asteroids moved
by humanity for it's reasons.maybe also for moons of the gas giant
that has no real moon-status, and for any human space object
which has a weird address.the difference of EVO and NBO sometimes
is minimal or infintisimal.
OCO-Ort Cloud Object- orbiting or evo's farther than P&C
(the distance will be determined later.
DSO-Deep Space object-orbiting or EVO's farther than OCO
Orbit(radial Distance)-mainly never change unlike (parabolic
( Distance)-mainly always change in time.
parabolic orbiters-determined by their apogee and ????
Colonies on moon or planet- their digits will be determined by:
First to found/size/population/distance from equator/height
all of the 'systems' will be defined from the gravity center of the
whole system(mostly the core) to the outer edges of it's moons, or GEO.
(need to find if the more higher altitude of places will be used)
altitude-the height form the surface of the space object
lesser moons- are moons or infact asteroids which has been caught in
orbit of other bigger space objects (even large space colonies...)
there is small chance that those objects will be colonized or mined
(from historical/romantical/political reasons) there is a good chance
that they will be used as not-manned station or other minimal
colonies.
the guidelines i write here will never be perfect as long as i or any
other person has no idea of how space colonization will be.for example:
i can't give numbers for places on mars as i don't know how much
colonization will be done there, it's way of organization and the
politics that will guide those future policies.
the numbers for certain digits will be changed as time passes.
a space object that will inhabit only 5 colonies in 2100,
might be populated by 50 colonies 50 years after. that will need
a constant change of addresses for places.a fine system will be
needed to make those changes as litle as possible.this system will
certainly should have a forecast of the future colonization plans.
mining colony(on a fertile asteroid,or a fertile place on planet)
farming colony(on asteroid or planet with a good sun light, or close
an energy source)
cult colony(peoples of specific cult or way of life, close for
strangers or tourists,some are EVO)
tourism colony
populated colony(can be the mix of all above colonies)

Maybe we will use the Digit of the asteroid belt (5) to mark
the location of "other" space objects.so as the digit 5 will signature
not only the asteroid belt but will be the "general places" digit.
P&C is not only a small object and very far it's orbit is not circular
and will fit to count with his partners to the Digit 5 (the parabolic
orbiters)
Mercury
-This very close to the sun,barren planet will probably won't have
an important role in humanity's space colonization.
-he could have sun observatories on it and maybe some energy collectors.
he can also be mined if found proper.
Venus
-This planet with it's densed and toxic atmosphere, will be colonised
mainly in the orbit of venus.
-there might be a mining of the gasses of venus atmosphere.(maybe also for
possible "earthing" of the planet)
E&M
the General digit is : 3
orbiting the sun( in the distance of earth) : 0

of rockets. 9- for second stage rockets)

as it looks that humanity will not mine those "semi asteroids" to

large potential of supplying mega-quantities of rew material to build
space colonies in ASB orbit or in other systems orbits, and supplying
rare ores to all the SOS.

(there is a need of 3 or 4 digits for this!!)
