Louis Wain is the well known illustrator of cats. Framed 21 1/2 inches by 18
1/2 inches; double matted: first matt gold gilded and second mat lavender.
Glass removed. Image showing is 16 inches wide by 12 inches high. Mint except for
one pencil mark and indention above older dogs head. Titled "The New
Pet" and signed in dark color in typical Wain fashion below smaller dog
