The optional of enrollment in doctorate program courses depends on the consent of the Chairman, the professor involved, and the Assistant of the Doctorate Program Director. The doctorate program emphasizes more, and is oriented towards the attaining better skill in conducting small, even limited in preliminary research projects. This skill is needed by students as preparation for writing their dissertations.
