Make .bmp Files Be There Own Icons, Like .ico and .cur Files Are.

Open "regedit.exe" (the quickest way is to open run on the start menu & type the name) and go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ PAINT.PICTURE\ DefaultIcon. Change the default to %1

PS: This only works if *.bmp files are still associated with MS Paint.
