Johnny the Homicidal Maniac is the star of most of the comics. He lives in an insconspicous beat up house in a trashy neighborhood. Little does anyone know that he has an extensive underground dungeon under his house, which contains morons who screwed with him and paid the price. See, Johnny doesn't let people mess with him, and those who do he locks up and tortures in an effort to show them the error of their ways. Of course, they are too simple minded to change, so he just leaves them there. Oh yeah, he has a demon who lives in one of the walls of his basement. Every once in a while he must kill someone and put a new coat of blood on the wall or the demon gets mad and does nasty things. And just when you thought things where getting really screwed up, Johnny regularly talks to the head of a decapitated bunny called Nailbunny. Oh yeah, there's the doughboys Eff and Psycho Doughboy, which I'm just getting to.
The Doughboys The doughboys are two sculptures made by Johnny that came to life by some supernatural means. The doughboys are actually an extension of Johnny's imagination and the demon that lived in the wall. Eventually the doughboys gain some free will of their own, but some stuff happens to them. Psycho Doughboy is the gloomy doughboy who serves the demon in the wall and tries to get Johnny to kill himself. Mr Eff is ironically the psycho one who encourages Johnny to go out and kill people and feed the wall blood.
Happy Noodle Boy Speaking of extensions of Johnny's imagination, there's Happy Noodle Boy, a comic drawn by Johnny. Noodle Boy is, well, different. Noodle Boy sporadically spouts strange nonsense (go forth and be a happy cabbage!). At the end of each issue, there's a Noodle Boy comic, which are quite funny.
Wobbly Headed Bob Bob is a seperate mini-cartoon found in each issue of JTHM. Bob lives in a society much like Johnny's except everyone is at least twice as stupid and everything is way too happy. Bob tries to show everyone how ignorant they are, but they never get it and continue to be lame. Bob kicks ass.
Squee Squee is Johnny's "friend" and neighbor who lives next door. Squee is a cut lil' 6? year old who goes to school with the anti-christ. Squee gets abducted by aliens & stuff because "he is perfect for their tests". Squee also has his own new comic starting called Squee that also kicks butt & is done by the same guy who did JTHM.
