If you hadn't guessed, chocolate is one of my favourite things in the world. It is always a great
comfort in times of stress and now I can satisfy my chocolate cravings and help the world at the same
time by buying fairtrade chocolate such as Green and Blacks or Divine.
Plus don't forget that some studies have now shown that plain chocolate helps lower blood cholesterol!
If you get melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly.
Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want.
