Alan's U.K. Bottle Collecting Page
I principally collect U.K. beer and mineral bottles, but also include some stoneware and other bottles that catch my eye. I am also interested in anything with a railway connection!
I am a relatively recent convert to bottle collecting. My first bottle was an L.M.S. (London Midland Scottish) railway bottle which I found in a small antiques shop in Settle, North Yorkshire.
The number of prospective tips available for digging is rapidly diminishing but determined exploration of local antique and junk shops can often be rewarded with the occasional find.
