My name is Steve Almas. I came to Canada from Karachi, a beautiful seaport and the largest City of Pakistan. I completed my high school from RensonAbad and university education from Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawer and Karachi. I did my Fine and Graphic Arts training from National College of Arts Lahore, and Vocational Teacher Ed training right here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

MY INTERESTS

I love Drawing, Painting, Illustration, Calligraphy and have a special talent in Portraits, in every media like Pencil, Ink, Charcoal Crayon, Water Color, and Oil. I like reading books, writing Poems and Short stories. On these pages I have displayed some of my Ghazals for those who love to read and appreciate Urdu poetry. My Hobbies are also relatively same as my interests. I like travelling and exploring new ideas in the areas of my interests which are Natural and Portrait Photography as well as Pre and Post Video Recording, with complete Editting, Music Dubbing and Mixing. Computer Programming is also one of my best pastimes.

Dekh ker ham ko bhanwer main maoj se lerhte howe

Woh kinare per kharhe Dad-e-vafa dete rahe

Ham yahan bemariye dil se sakht majboor the
