1 cup Flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
2 tablespoons Cream Of Tartar
1 cup water with food coloring added (be creative)

Place all ingredients in a saucepan.  
Heat over medium heat until stiff. 
Cool and knead lumps. 
Store in airtight containers. 
Make lots of fun stuff!
