6.30.99 - Ok. Sorry, for the lack of anything happening with the page, and for switching servers, unfortunately ren has not had the time to update the page, so he gave me the html of it and i will continue to update and add new tabs, lyrics and what not. Also, if anyone out there has some free web space i can have to put the site on it would be greatly appreciated because tripod sucks. Thats it for now. -Sean

3.26.99 - Ok. First off, let me begin by apologizing for not updating the site in so goddamn fucking long. This is because of my server. Some weird things came up, but it's all fine now. Anyways, I think I'm going to have some new tablature up by the end of next week. The acoustic album is going to be out sometime in April. Ok, now to address the big news. Ann Beretta has signed to Lookout! Records. Personally, I'm not happy about it. Not really so much because of the fact that they put out crappy music nowadays, but because of the fact that I heard that they dicked their bands over. Yes, you can't believe everything you hear, so don't believe this until you see it for yourself. I'm not, but it's better to be cautious. Anyways, much luck to AB with the new label. I heard they left FBR because of some stuff having to do with distribution. As for the electric stuff, there's going to be an EP on FBR in May (I think) and then a full length LP on Lookout! in October. Well that's all for now. Oh yeah, for everyone who has sent me tour dates, please resend them. Sorry.

2.11.99 - I have some cool news to report. Robbie is currently working on the layouts for the new albums. They are also going to be touring in April and into May. Because of everyone's schedules being so tight, they are no longer recording the new "electric" album in Colorado, but they are going to be mixing it there. The acoustic album is done and should be out by the end of March on Whitehouse Records. It's going to be called "The Other Side Of The Coin." The "electric" album has a release date of May 25th. I don't know how solid that is. I think it is going to be on Fueled By Ramen. It is going to be called "To All Our Fallen Heroes."

1.29.99 - Ok. I have gotten the new web site design up. Let me know what you think. About Ann Beretta, they have a split with the Hot Water Music acoustic project called Rumbleseat coming out in about a month on Fueled By Ramen. They also have two albums coming out this spring. One is going to be a follow-up to Bitter Tongues and the second one is going to be an all acoustic album. Ann Beretta are currently writting songs for the albums. At least one album, if not both will be on Fueled By Ramen. That's it for now.

12.13.98 - Ok. Pitiful updates to report today. I added some compilations and the new Ann Beretta 7"s to the Discography page. It's so messy right now. Then I added a link to new lyrics on the lyrics page. Hopefully during Christmas break I can redo the page. Not design wise. The design will stay the same, but I want to rewrite a lot of the HTML code, because I'm really displeased with it. Also, I am no longer going to see AB for New Years, which sucks. Please send me pictures of that, if you can.

11.26.98 - Woohoo. I have a lot of news to tell you guys about. Ann Beretta are going to be releasing a new 7" in a few weeks. It's called Burning Bridges. The B-Sides are going to be "Open Ended" and "In The City" (by The Jam). The Japanese 7" should be here in a few weeks, but will be limited to a 100 in the U.S. The Forever Family tour, including Ann Beretta and Hot Water Music, will start on December the 27th and finish up on January the 3rd. Also, at the New Year's Eve show they will be giving away free flexis. I will let you know what songs are going to be on there as soon as I know. The acoustic split is finally going to be happening. It is going to be w/ Rumbleseat (a Hot Water Music acoustic project) and it is going to be released on No Idea records. Well that's it for now. Thanks to everyone who has signed up for the mailing list so far.

11.22.98 - I refined the tour dates. Oh yeah, I'm most likely going to be at the New Years Eve show at Twisters, so if you wanna say Hi or something, email me and we'll set up a meeting spot.

11.20.98 - Hey. Good ass news. The Mailing List is up so please sign up. I added the track listing for the "Letters From Punksville" compilation. Plus the kick ass Steve Leondhart has sent in more pictures. These are my favorite pictures anywhere on the page. They fucking rule. Well that's it for now.

11.11.98 - Hello. Sorry I haven't updated the page in a while. Well, I've moved the site to a new server. I hope you had no trouble finding it. Here's a list of stuff I have planned for the site:
-An Ann Beretta mailing list. I want it to be a forum type thing. Where fans write in and talk about whatever they want, including the band. The band could drop off letters to the list every once in a while. It would be really interesting. I am looking for a server that does this for free. If I can't find one, I will pay some money for http://www.mail-list.com to do that for me.
-Put up the part of my interview that I have transcribed so far. I promies I'll get the rest done soon.
-Put up the Letters From Punksville compilation track listing.
-Put up some new compilations that Ann Beretta are on.
Oh, if you want to link the site please use the following URL: http://listen.to/ab This is because if I ever change servers, you guys won't have to learn a new URL. Well, that's it for now.

10.27.98 - Ok. I have a bit of news. First off, Ann Beretta are gonna be putting out a new 7" soon. It's going to have two alternate mixes of songs that are going to appear on their new album. And they're going to be doing a cover of The Jam's "In The City". They are working on the layout right now. Also, if you have pictures of Ann Beretta and the crowd in the same picture, they'd like to have a copy to possibly use on a 7" or album or just for fun. They like pictures like that. Check the CONTACT page for where to send the pictures if you have them. Robbie also said that the Japanese 7" was recently sent out to them and that they're going to have it soon. I'm gonna see if you can order it straight from them, if not, try getting it at a show. Also, Ann Beretta are going to be playing with Hot Water Music on November 20th in Miami. Check the SHOWS page for info. Well, that's it for now.

10.20.98 - I put up 3 new pictures. I also put up a bunch of new tour dates. I also began working on transcribing the interview. It is so unbelievably fucking long. I have about two thirds done so far. It'll be up soon. I emailed what I have to Robbie because I'm having trouble understanding what they said because the band in the background is so loud. Most of the information will be correct though. Well, that's it. Oh yeah, I haven't gotten any show reviews from their tour. I'll have mine up one day, but come on people, contribute. I hope you review some of the shows from their upcoming tour w/ Less Than Jake.

10.11.98 - I put up the pictures from the 9/20/98 NYC show. I might have the interview up either tommorrow or in two weeks. Sorry for all the delays. I also put up the tablature for Costello, Broadway, and Bottlecaps today. Thanks to Sean for doing those.

10.7.98 - Sorry. No interview yet. Maybe this weekend. I also have a few pictures from the Hardback show (supposedly last Hot Water Music show). I also changed my email addy. It's now ren666@mindspring.com. Well, that's it for now.

9.23.98 - Ok. Here's the deal. I will not be able to transcribe the interview for a good while, because I'm so fucking busy. Same thing with the review. As for the pictures, as soon as my friend sends me the rest of them, the pictures from the show will be up. Thanks for your patience and thanks to all the people who've said nice shit lately.

9.21.98 - The show last night was excellent. I'll put up a review of it within the week. I got a pretty cool interview with Ann Beretta and I'll have that up as soon as I transcribe it. I also have pictures of the show and a picture of me, all of Ann Beretta, and my friend Cory giving the middle finger solute! Hehe. Anyway, Robbie said that they just recorded 8 new songs for the new album. They will go into the studio and record more in January. The album will probably be out in March of '99. He said he would send me those 8 songs, so depending on whether I have permission or not, I will put those new songs up. He also taped the show last night and he said he would also send me that tape. If I get it, I will put all of it up. Also, I found out some of the tour dates have been changed. Be sure to call your local clubs to find out when Ann Beretta are playing. They also did not get the Japanese 7" yet, so they are not selling it on this tour. Well, that's it for now, expect a shitload of updates within the next week and a half or so.

9.20.98 - Ok. I added all the lyrics to the Bitter Tongues and Nobody's Heroes. The lyrics were typed up by Sean. Many thanks to him for doing so. I am going to see Ann Beretta tonight in New York City. It's gonna be so great. I am definetely getting pictures of the show and they will be up in about 2 weeks. I am also going to get a pretty big show review tommorrow. I'll be really specific. I am also going to try to get an interview with them, so if I get it, that will also be up tommorrow. Well, that's it for now.

8.31.98 (Later in the day...) - I added 3 new pictures. Plus, I redid the pictures page so it wont take an hour to load anymore. Plus I added a new link.

8.31.98 - Wow, no updates in a while huh? Anyway, I added the track listing to the Efforts Wasted demo. I also added a new review. Also, for me the page hasn't been loading too well. Sometimes frames wont load, other times pictures wont load, etc. If this is happening to you please let me know. Also, I'm seeing Ann Beretta in 3 weeks. I plan on getting a little interview with them. If you have questions that you want me to ask, contact me. Well that's it for now.

8.22.98 - I added some info on Ann Beretta's demo. I don't own it as of yet, so I don't know too much of the info. Robbie said that it was recorded in a friend's basement studio. As soon as I get it, I plan to put up the entire thing in Real Audio. As for the new Ann Beretta 7", here's what Robbie said: "The Japanese 7" should be out any time now... I think we'll only get about 100 of them to sell, so those may be all that see the states." So if you want this 7", I suggest you catch Ann Beretta on their tour. That's it for now.

8.18.98 - I added 7 new pictures, 4 new guitar tabs, and the track listing to the Punk Uprisings Vol. 2 compilation. I'm currently looking for other compilations that Ann Beretta are on. If you have a comp that they are on, please email me. Thanks.

8.16.98 - I added the Tablature section. It only has one song right now, but more are on the way. They were done by Sean. Thanks a lot to him. I also found out about an Ann Beretta tape that has 6 songs off of Bitter Tongues, but the lyrics and guitar parts are different. Some MP3s or Real Audio clips might be up now or soon at Sean's Ann Beretta page. I'll have the info up for it soon. Also, Ann Beretta are working on a new album that is due to be out sometime in early 1999.

8.12.98 (Later on in the day...) - I added the new tour dates, I updated the discography a little bit, and I added a link to another Ann Beretta webpage.

8.12.98 - Ok. I added a new review, a new link, and fixed a tiny little thing on the pictures page.

8.11.98 - I added four more pictures and I am probably going to add a few more in the next few days.

8.10.98 - I added two new pictures with still more on the way. Thanks to Laura and David for these new pics. I'm also getting the track listing for the Punk Uprisings compilation and the new tour dates in the next few days.

8.8.98 - I added a new section. The merchandise section. It gives links to places on the net where you can buy Ann Beretta CDs.

8.7.98 - I'm so happy. The contributions are starting to flow in. I hope this isn't just a lucky streak. Well, I put up a new picture today and a link to the contributor's (Steve Leonhardt, thanks Steve) page. I have a couple of more pictures coming soon so come back often. Thanks to everyone who's contributed.

8.6.98 (Later on in the day...) - Ok. I got that second interview and it's up. I also got a little bit of info for the bio page. And I added another link to the links page.

8.6.98 - Another comp added to the discography page. 3 new links added to the links page. I also added a couple of tour dates. I'm not too positive about them, but that's all I could find. I'm going to go email Robbie and ask him for the tour dates. I also found a new interview. I gotta scrape up some cash and get the zine. So you'll have to wait a little bit for that.

8.5.98 - Ok. I updated the page a little bit. First off, I added a new comp to the discography page. Then I added the Hankshaw link to the links page and put in a different URL for the Hot Water Music link. I still can't find a damn Discount page. If you know of one or if you do one, please tell me. Also, I need hits, if you have a webpage, I'll be glad to trade links with you. Anyway, so far there have been no fan submitions, so come on people. Obviously, I still have not transcribe the complete lyrics or reviewed the albums. The lyrics, I'm probably never going to get up to. It's kinda tough and I'm kinda lazy. If you want to know all of them, you figure them out, but I'm happy and don't want to know anymore. As for reviewing the albums, don't worry, I'm sure I'll get up to it.

7.27.98 - Hi once again. I have a couple of little updates. First, I just found out that Danny left the band this past spring and Chris the original bass player has taken his place. Also, you can no longer send Ann Beretta snail mail. They are selling their house so you wont be able to write to them for a little bit. I'll have the new address up here as soon as I get it. For now just email them. Or maybe you could write to Fueled By Ramen and ask them to forward it on to Ann Beretta when they get a new address, but I'm not sure. To be safe, just wait until the new address is up. I would also like to take this chance to thank Kirsten Hirsch for helping me out and putting my link up on the official page. I also understand that this page right now is pretty much a copy of the original page, but that will change in time. If you've been to an Ann Beretta show and took pictures please scan them and email them to me. If you don't have a scanner, I'd be glad to get them scanned. Just email me and I'll give you my snail mail address. I will mail them back promptly. I assure you I will get them back to you. Or if you didn't take pictures, write up a show review. No review is too small. Or review their album if you have it. Absolutely anything at all. Please, I really would like to get some original content up on here. I will get my own pictures and possible an interview in mid-september (I think), so look for a big content update around then. Anyway, thanks for coming and please sign the guestbook on your way out.

7.13.98 - Ok. I got permission to put it up, so it's up. Please sign the guestbook.

7.12.98 - Scratch yesterday's post. Well, it's only an hour into today, so it still feels like yesterday. Are you confused yet? Anyway, the page is done, now it just has to be uploaded and maintained. I plan on reviewing their albums and putting the reviews up on the reviews page. I can't upload the page and release it to the public until I get permission from Ann Beretta to use some of the stuff that I have used. So why write this you ask? I think of this page as a database and I want you to have a timeline of it.

7.11.98 - Ok. This is my first entry here. I began the page last night and I don't think I will finish it for a week or so. This page for a little while will probably be just a copy of Ann Beretta's official page. Next time they come to town I will try to get some pictures and some news from them and stuff. Please remember a good webpage doesn't just pop up it takes time and effort and participation, so if you want to participate with tabs, pictures, or anything email me.
