I was sitting by myself this morning thinking "What are the odds of an Anthropomorphic (human body type) species evolving on another planet independently of terrestrial evolution?"
As I sat and thought I considered several things. First off it seems highly unlikely that mammals would be the dominant life forms on the Earth today if it had not been for the asteroid impact 65 million years ago which some refer to as the KT boundary impact or Chicxulub impact. This chance impact caused a mass extinction event, the dinosaurs went extinct which paved the way for mammilian dominance. If this random impact hadn't happened mammals wouldn't have risen to dominance and Homo Sapiens wouldn't even exist in the first place. The odds of that same exact sequence of events happening on another planet are close enough to impossible as to be absolutely impossible.
(Read "RARE EARTH" BY WARD & BROWNLEE for more on the above concept)
Secondly, it seems that given all the variables involved in the evolutionary rise of Homo Sapiens from lower primates, the likelihood of another Anthropomorphic species that resembles us evolving independently on another planet must be astronomically slim. Read "Children of the Ice Age" by Steven M. Stanley for more on the above
So starting from the assumption that the Anthropomorphic body type, specifically Homo Sapiens, are unique to planet Earth, we are left with a bit of a problem. How might it be possible that an Anthropomorphic Species (as intelligent as us) that is apparently related to us could exist given the previous assumption?
Here is the answer in a roundabout way.
I was watching television one day and saw a program about a type of aircraft crash long ago. This television program showed the deceased occupants being pulled from the wreckage. Something was odd and yet at the same time very familiar about the appearance of the occupants of the vehicle. They looked almost just like you and me. However they were distinctly shorter and thinner than the average modern person.
That program got me wondering. Using a combination of selective breeding and some form of genetic engineering could we bring into being a separate species, evolved from Homo Sapien ancestors, that still retained the Hominid body type yet was visually different than ourselves?
Well yes of course we could, animal breeders do it to to cows, dogs and cats, farmers do it to crops, and scientists do it to fruit flies. Though as far as I know a separate species of cow has yet to come into being, it is the same concept to a lesser degree.
There is a slight problem here, in order to breed a new species it takes time. If I cross breed two Homo Sapiens with the expectation of using the offspring's desired traits to in turn breed a Homo Sapien with A greater expression of the desired characteristic, I have to wait until the first one reaches sexually maturity before He/She can reproduce. Breeding a separate Hominid species would be a task of generations of time.
A greater problem exists with genetic engineering, we could use genetic engineering to create a new human like species, but that does of course imply that we have genetic engineering.
Well, that is a wee bit of a problem, considering the fact that modern genetic engineering techniques did not even exist at the time this television program said the crash was said to have taken place.
Ok, so once again given the slim to none odds of an Anthropomorphic / Hominid species evolving on another planet independently of terrestrial evolution given all of the variables involved there cannot be human like people *unrelated* to us who originate from other planets.
So here are our assumption's.
1. There cannot be any human appearing people who evolved on another planet completely independently from the evolution of life (and Homo Sapiens) on Earth. There are simply too many variables involved for another Homo-Sapien like species to evolve on another planet by chance alone.
2. Assume that Homo Sapiens evolved from lower primates that themselves evolved on Earth as a result of natural selection. Earth is where all Hominids come from.
2. A distinctly separate species of Hominid descended from Homo Sapiens could not be selectively bred without generations of time.
3. In order to utilize genetic engineering to assist in evolving/creating a new Hominid species, it goes without saying that we must have genetic engineering (recombinant DNA technology) in the first place. This technology came into being some time in the 1970's. See A History of Genetic Engineering
4. Assume for a moment that the the program I was watching on television was a non-fictional re-enactment very close to actual historical events.
Remember that this program showed a crashed aircraft with apparently deceased people being pulled from the wreckage. Remember that these people look different than any person that you've probably ever seen before. They are all almost uniform in height and build compared with any group of average modern Homo-Sapiens. Not that looking different is bad, appearance does not character make. Assume that, at a glance, these people are the obvious product of genetic engineering. Assume that you realize that these people are descended from modern Homo-Sapiens.
5. Assume that this aircraft crash happened BEFORE genetic engineering came into being.
6. Assume that even traveling at the speed of light from our nearest
neighbor star (Proxima Centauri) it would take, roughly estimating,
10, 000 pounds of food and water plus 3,212,000 liters of Oxygen to breathe for 4 people to survive for the 4
year journey from the nearest star outside our solar system to Earth. Of
course this figure would be greater the farther the star of origin is
from Earth. For example, for 4 people to travel to Earth at light
speed from a planet 39 light years away would take, 100,000 pounds of
food and water plus 31,317,00 liters of Oxygen to survive a ONE WAY trip alone. See How much does the average person eat in two years?
How much Oxygen does a person breathe in a day
7. Assume that traveling at the speed of light is not possible due to the fact that the faster your spaceship travels the more it's mass increases thus requiring more fuel to propel the greater mass, and so on and so forth.
Ok, how can it be possible that a type of aircraft full of people, descended from us, brought into being by technology we didn't have yet, crashed into the Earth on a summer day almost 60 years ago?
Can you guess what incident I am referring to?
Scroll Down and read the answer below
The program I was watching on television depicted an event that happened sometime before July 7th 1947 ( long before "gene-splicing" was invented. ) This program showed an "aircraft'' which crashed into a ranch in the vicinity of Roswell, New Mexico. This program depicted government agents cordoning of the area of the crash, removing the craft and the slimly built, bald, shorter than us, corpses from the wreckage.
As I watched this television re-enactment it showed these small humanlike people. As I watched it, I began to think if these "people" can't possibly be "space aliens" from another planet and if this really happened then where did they come from. I thought about the technology that was described and realized that it was advanced by present standards nevermind the fact that it was supposed to have happened in 1947. Then it hit me, the question is not so much of where they come from but of when. People descended from us using technology that we have yet to develop crashed in New Mexico in 1947.
A local newspaper reported the capture of a "flying disc", and soon after national radio broadcast the report. The government quickly began the process of covering it up. Witness's were silenced. An official denial by the government followed.
Then for almost 40 years very little was said amongst the general public about the incident until the supposedly debunked "Majestic Twelve" document appeared on a UFO investigators doorstep. If you read this document critically, it seems like a "where there's smoke there's fire" type of thing.
Here are a few links to the Eisenhower Breifing Document so that you can read it and judge for yourself.

So as you've probably figured out by now, there is probably something more to the "Roswell Incident" than a crashed weather balloon that the first military observers on the scene should have been able to identify with a simple radio call to the nearby base.
Assuming all this to be true, it amounts to a cover up. If so, why was it covered up?
Some have suggested that the government took into account the panic following Orson Wells October 31st 1938 broadcast of War of the Worlds, in which many listeners mistook the radio drama for a news broadcast of an actual Martian invasion. The government probably thought the populace would react the same way to the Roswell crash and covered it up.
***Disclaimer*** I do not believe that every member of the U.S. Government is involved in this apparent cover-up, or even aware of it. I suspect it is probably a limited group of very quiet government insiders who direct the concealment of evidence, every one else probably just buys the strict denial and disinformation without a second thought, though I could be wrong***
At some point after the government had publicly denied the "flying disc" incident, someone involved in the concealment of the facts must have finally realized that the beings were related to us, better yet descended from us. (after genetic testing was invented) Someone must have realized that these "aircraft" that these "people" arrived in are in fact time-machines. I would imagine they probably felt somewhat stupid when they realized that the "alien invaders" were merely, in a sense, our great-great-great-great-"grandchildren" paying us a visit.
So, the government must be aware that there is no danger of an alien invasion, and thus no panic caused by one, why the cover-up? First they probably don't want to "lose face" by admitting they lied. Also they might be a little worried about how the world would react to time-travelers from the future.
First, could the general population of the world understand these very complicated concepts and what the implications are?
Second, even if the entire world could understand this, how would they react?
I was mildly excited about the time-travel part when I considered the possibility but I didn't freak out at the concept of a slightly different looking type of person from the future.
The UFO's are apparently time machines, and the so called aliens are just human time travelers from the future. They are merely what Homo-Sapiens, at least one branch, "evolve" into in the future. That's it, that's all. Time Travelers from the future.
Well that about wraps it up.
No discussion of time travel can be complete without considering the Free Will vs. Determinism question.
Determinism
"Novikov Self Consistency Principle"
In a universe in which causal determinism applies you cannot use time machines to change history, it is impossible . It does not work like that. Here is a little story that ought to help you understand why.
In his short story titled By His Bootstraps, Robert A. Heinlein presents a fine example of time travel in a deterministic universe. In the story he shows how a man caused the very thing he was trying to prevent by going back in time and trying to prevent it. In this story events in time are fixed and unalterable. Using time travel to go into the past to change an event is not only a waste of time, in this case it caused the unfortunate event that he was trying to prevent.
Read "By His Bootstraps" by Robert A. Heinlein - for the determinism argument
***BEGIN FREE WILL SECTION***
In the interest of giving equal time to the free-will argument for comparative analysis I also present a short story by Ray Bradbury. The story titled Sound of Thunder shows what would happen in a free-will universe if someone were to travel back in time and change an event. It shows what the time traveler would expect to encounter when they returned to their time of origin, a different world than the one they left.
Read "Sound of Thunder" by Ray Bradbury - for the free-will argument
After watching the television program Connections by James Burke I've seriously begun to wonder how different history would be even if we could change the slightest event.
E.L.F. (radio frequency weapons) Should be banned, or at the very least given maximum public exposure so that people know that E.L.F. (Extremely Low Frequency) also called "voice to skull" or "radio frequency weapons", can apparently be used to transmit the sound of your voice to someone else's ears from a distance without any noticeable means of transmission. In a nutshell you can project "voice" right into someone's head without any outside observer even realizing it. The implications are frightening. The potential for abuse cannot be overstated.
First there are several lunatic fringe and apparent disinformation sites on the web about E.L.F. you need to critically evaluate what you read.

Once again the reason I have sent this letter is to draw attention to radio frequency weapons to bring about a ban or at the very least greater exposure to the mind of the general public of what this technology is and how it is used.
Have A Nice Day
