Sugarble has had these Naga tail parts for their Tinies (1/6 scale) for a few years and they have always intrigued me. Of course, since they weren’t on a limited sale period, I could put them off. Also, I didn’t need more cute little tiny dolls (so, so like crack!). But I got to the middle of Chemo and just HAD to get a doll and I thought of these cuties (since, you know, they could stop being available at any time!). We’re not here forever, and nor are BJDs. Gotta get them and enjoy ‘em while you can!
I originally thought I’d order the purple tail because purple is a favorite color. I could have gone any way with the skin tone, but ultimately chose grey because it really does look good with the purple. And the company used that combo for official photos. I got the Intersex body because I kind of like boy dolls and am not so into cute tiny dolls with little breasts—or girl dolls in general, I guess!
Sugarble contacted me after my order to say that the Patrick head wasn’t available in Grey, so I went with my 2nd Choice: Head No.3 with Adrian faceup (it’s the more boy-like faceup on the head which is used for both male and female).
I’m actually quite happy with the Adrian head! So it all worked out for the best, I think.
I’d like to maybe blush in a pattern on the snake part. I’m not sure what it should look like yet...

He stands pretty well on the tail, poses without being kicky. But looks good lounging, I think!
This wig is nice, but I’d like to get some dark purple ones for him.
OK... like a year later... got a new wig. I've been looking for purple to match the tail. Not a LOT of luck, but bought a few to try on. His head is more 6" rather than typical 6-7", though--so all are a bit loose. This one is a hime style, but works OK. Got one that is shorter and another purple with bangs, but still not quite the right color...
And I had bought a nice beaded necklace at the 2015 San Diego BJD Con, so that finally got used.
I strung some beads on stretchy line for his arms.
Used some gold Claire earrings I had lying around for medallions on head-piece and belt. Chains were already attached.
Still loving the Oscar Eyes!
Poor guy looks so apprehensive. I had problems making him stand alone, so he's leaning against the giant planter...
