Silohette

Your silohette in the dark,
Hangs so solemn,
And in the dim light,
From underneath the door,
I can still make out,
Your sullen head upon the pillow,
And each breath harder to stomach,
Than the last,
Our love once tested by the distance of our depth,
And the closeness of our soul,
And now as far away as the sheets,,
And as unified as my next motion,
Time changed your silohette,
And in the muddled ligh,
I see your swollen eyes,
Capture more in the past,
Than what lay ahead,
