After many years of competition in research and development Knight Industries and the Banzai Institute for BioMedical Research and Strategic Information have joined forces in the spirit of goodwill and away to forge a everlasting peace on earth.
For this to work the Heads of FLAG <The main user of KI Technology>, Knight Industries and The Banzai Institute deemed that the following things would happen:

1. All Full-time Blue Blaze Irregular Strike Teams <Including Teams Apache, Chapparal, and The Special Services Unit> given full Federal credentials giving them authority comparable to that of the Lone Knight or TKR series operatives.

2. The transfer of technologies developed by either The Banzai Institute or Knight Industries for implementation on either Banzai Institute or Knight Industries creations.

3. The transfer of several Blue Blaze Irregulars to the command of the Foundation for Law and Government. The First two such transfers are of Head of Strike Team Special Services Alexander "Fanatic" Willoughby who will act as a Liaison between FLAG, Knight Industries and The Banzai Institute and Truck Driver/Adventurer Jack Burton who will be driving FLAG's new mobile land based field command center which is enhanced with technologies contained in the vehicles that the special operatives of FLAG drive. While Mr. Willoughby will be driving a similarly prepared Chevrolet 1999 Camaro Z-28 SS

4. The Transfer of 3 prepared vehicles to 3 "Special" associates for their acts of heroism, aid to fellow man and upkeeping of the basic principals of the Banzai Institute in times of great danger to themselves and their neighbors
