This is my page about dance, which in my opinion is the funnest and
best thing ever!!!! I love every type of dance I have ever done and I
hope to learn even more forms in the future. I have been to many
competitions and conventions such as: Regency, Starpower, Premier
2000, I love Dance, Footloose, Headliners, Jazz Dance Chicago, and
The Chicago Dance Convention. I also hope to attend Rising Star,
Fabulous Talent, Applause, KAR, and Rainbow Connection. I study
mainly the vagnova method for ballet/pointe, although my class
thru college was in Cechetti. I also study lyrical, tap and jazz.
I would like to take modern, swing, ballroom and Irish Step but
so far have been unable to find any classes.
In ballet/pointe my favorite steps are: pas de chat, arabresques,
port de bras, pique turns, chaine turns, developes, piorettes. My
fave tap moves are: wings, bucks, pullbacks, maxie fords, flaps and
toe stands. In jazz I enjoy: axle turns, piorettes, developes, tour
jetes, battlements, tendus, isolations, fan kicks and tuck jumps.
