Troop 40's Homepage

Hello, and welcome to Troop 40's homepage. This page is just one of many Boy Scout pages on the web. If you have a scout web page, and want your link added, e-mail it to me at BSA T40@aol.com .

We are currently looking for new members. In order to become a boy scout, you must:

- Be a boy who has completed the fifth grade, or achieved the arrow of light, or be at least 11 years old.

- Find a scout troop in near your home.

- Complete the boy scout joining requirements.

Here is a little about our troop. We meet every Tuesday at 7:00pm at the United Methodist Church, 7th Avenue and D street in Belmar. We have 8 members, that is why we are looking for more. We try to go camping at least once a month, weather permitting. We also participate in local events such as:

- Belmar Saint Patricks Day Parade

- Belmar Fall Festival

- Christmas Carolling at the Senior Citizens Home
