The first Madden for the Nintendo 64 was great but the only thing that wasn't it in was the full NFL license. The new NFL Madden 99 game for the N64 has the full license plus high-rez graphics, better gameplay, and all updated NFL teams. You can trade, creata-a-player, and is also rumble pak compatible.

This game is a definite buy for sports game fans. Other people might like too though. This game blows the old Madden away.

Sound: 8 Hearing someone getting tackled is always music to my ears.

Gameplay: 9 One of the best controls for a football game.
