During the time of preparation for attempting the Guinness Record I put up a large motivational banner almost from the ceiling to the floor in front of my bed so I would see it continually! The content of the banner was a quote from President Calvin Coolidge and it kept my batteries charged up no matter what obstacles or challenges I faced from those who were negative or discouraging about my goal to set a new world record!
Today I wear that banner on my heart and the message is a key to the lyrics in my Mountain Song!!!
