"hmm? Oh yea....I was just thinking...I really can't go tonight...I was thinking about flying up to Seattle tonight...I mean I haven't seen my family in awhile...and well..." she said as she avoided his look of surprise. Sitting up she pulled the satin blanket against her bare skin.

"What? But baby we just got back...and I thought we could have some time to ourselves" he said as he touched her face gently.

Turning her gray eyes to him she stared into his eyes that were clouded over by hurt "Come on Brian..We just spent 2 months together" she said with a soft laugh trying to ease the tension that was building between them.

"Cordy" Brian said as he pulled her close to him so she was facing him.

Letting the blanket slip from her grasp she sat in front of him in all her glory.

Looking her up and down he chewed on his lower lip "I really don't want you to go" he said quietly.

"Brian you are talking to my breast" she said laughing quietly as the boyishness and innocence in his face everytime he saw her bare body caused her to lose any hint of resistance.

"Oh...I-I" he began stuttering as his face turned a deep red. "no..It's ok..." she said as she stroke his cheek absently as he peeked at her body once more.

Not paying attention Cordelia closed her eyes 'I can't face JC...Not yet....' she thought desperatly but knew she would have to.

"Ok...I will stay for at least a few days" she said as she looked back at Brian who still was staring at her body.

"You know Cordy there are a few hours left in the morning before we have to meet anyone" Brian said.

Shaking her head Cordelia finally let out a real laugh as a smile crossed her defined features "Sex in the morning eh..." she said a devious smile crossing her face.

"i wish you wouldn't be so plain about it" brian said blushing again.

Straddling him Brian closed his eyes

"Ok..Cordy if we aren't don't do this" Brian said his voice strained.

"Do you really think I would deny you?" she said her voice taking a husky tone to it.

Nodding his head Brian closed his eyes "Cordy" he said his voice holding a warning tone to it.

Laughing quieter Cordelia brushed her pouty lips across his cheek and quickly got off him "You're right I would." standing up she pulled her robe on.

Opening his eyes Brian looked like she just toremented him with some unseen object.

Sighing he got out of the bed and shot her a glare "Thanks a lot for making me hot for no reason" he said as he walked past her.

Pinching his butt as he walked towards the bathroom a playful smile on her face Cordelia blew a kiss in his direction. As soon as the bathroom door shut Cordelia sunk to the ground as she felt her insides tightening at the thoughts of seeing JC. Rubbing her face the smile that she always awarded Brian with quickly disappated as she thought about the last time she and JC had made love. "Stop it, That was a lifetime ago...and you made your choice."
