I've collected Breyer horses and other models for close to 10 years. At first, they got lugged to and from my best friend's house in laundry baskets, but now they have become more sedentary. And fortunately, they all survived their laundry basket excursions in one piece.
I started out collecting only OF breyers, but now I have gotten more into Customs and minis of all makes, especialy micro minis. Minis are cute, portable and seem to show just as well as their bigger counterparts.
I have gotten into showing my models, both in photo shows and live shows. I participated in NAN in 1997 and, though I didn't place at all, I had a blast looking at all of those wonderful horses. I have six horses qualified for NAN 1999/00 and I plan on going back when NAN returns to Lexington next summer.
