Anna Brei(cousin of my maternal grandmother) recalls that
Vincent Noe met his first wife, Marie Sailor,
at the funeral of George Noe (1854-1926).
George Noe's wife was Rose (Green) Noe (b.1855)
both are buried at St. Mary's, Sharpsburg, old cemetary,
SECTION A. George Noe was Anselm's first born child
and Jacob Noe's uncle.

Jacob Noe's birth certificate was filed in Allegheny County, PA, 1876 (I have 1875-1948 per headstone). It lists Anson Noe and Caroline Noe as parents.
At the time of the 1920 census, he resided on Murray Street. He was employed as a truck washer for Gulf Oil his entire life. When he passed away, Vincent 'Skinny' Noe used his inheritance to purchase his first car.
