Q> What fish swallowed Jonah?

Jonah 1:17
Now the LORD had prepared a
GREAT FISH (Leviathan) to swallow
up Jonah. And Jonah was in the
belly of the fish three days and
three nights.

Jonah described his experience in the belly of this awesome
(great) fish. After carefully studying Jonah’s experience, the
understanding of which fish swallowed him can be realized.
In the second chapter of the book of Jonah, the details of
Jonah’s experience (while he was in the fish’s belly for three
days and three nights) are recorded.

The great fish which swallowed up Jonah is the awesome fish
called Leviathan. Leviathan is not a fish as it is generally
understood. Leviathan is the great sea itself. Therefore the
great sea (Mediterranean sea) is what swallowed up Jonah.
Leviathan is described in the book of Job as the great sea.
To stir up Leviathan (great sea) means to stir up the ocean
into great waves of turmoil.

Job 41:10
None is so fierce that dare stir
him (Leviathan: great sea) up:
who then is able to stand before
me?

The teeth of Leviathan (great sea) are the coastline of jagged
rocks which are round about the great sea.

Job 41:14
Who can open the doors of his
face? his teeth are terrible
round about.

When magma spurts out of island volcanoes in and around
the great sea (Leviathan), it is like Leviathan (great sea)
sneezing. The volcanoes when erupting make it look like
Leviathan (great sea) has eyelids that at night illuminate
like the morning, and a mouth (volcano) where hot magma
spurts out like sparks of fire. Leviathan’s (great sea) nostrils
(volcanoes smoking) issue out hot smoke.

Job 41:18
By his neesings a light doth shine,
and his eyes are like the eyelids
of the morning.

Job 41:19
Out of his mouth go burning lamps,
and sparks of fire leap out.

Job 41:20
Out of his nostrils goeth smoke, as out
of a seething pot or caldron.

Job 41:21
His breath kindleth coals, and a flame
goeth out of his mouth.

Now that we have concluded which fish (Leviathan: great sea)
swallowed Jonah, the description of Jonah’s experience in the
belly of this great fish (great sea) will be easily understood.

Jonah 2:1
Then Jonah prayed unto the
LORD his God out of the
FISH'S (Leviathan: great
sea) belly (heart of the planet
earth),

Jonah 2:2
And said, I cried by reason of
mine affliction unto the LORD,
and he heard me; out of the
BELLY (depths) OF HELL (grave)
cried I, and thou heardest my
voice.

Jonah 2:3
For thou hadst cast me into
the DEEP (belly, mentioned in
Jonah 2:1,2), in the midst (belly)
of the seas (seven seas are the
seven heads of Leviathan); and
the floods compassed me about:
all thy billows and thy waves
passed over me.

The first verse in chapter two verse one of the book of
Jonah, is a comment by someone who assumed the ‘belly’
Jonah was within and praying from (in verses two and three)
was a fish’s belly. Nowhere in Jonah’s own words describing
his experience does he mention a fish or the insides of a fish
of any sort.

The reason why Jonah failed to mention in his prayer (as
recorded in Jonah chapter two), that a literal fish swallowed
him, is simply because a literal fish (besides Leviathan: great
sea) did not swallow him. Jonah’s payer begins in verse two
of chapter two. The belly which Jonah prayed of, was the belly
of hell (grave), not the belly of a fish as is commonly believed.
The belly of hell mentioned in verse two, is interpreted in verse
three. In verse three it states the belly of hell to be the deep
midst of the seas (Leviathan’s seven heads: seven seas).

Jonah 2:4
Then I said, I am cast out of thy
sight; yet I will look again toward
thy holy temple.

Jonah 2:5
The waters compassed me about,
even to the soul: the depth closed
me round about, the weeds were
wrapped about my head.

Jonah 2:6
I went down to the bottoms of the
mountains; the earth with her bars
was about me for ever: yet hast thou
brought up my life from corruption,
O LORD my God.

As Jonah was taken down by currents (which God had
prepared, see Jonah 1:17) to the depths (belly) of the sea
(hell: darkness of the deep grave), Jonah was running out
of air and going into hypothermia. Jonah knew that he was
cast out of God’s sight, yet his faith did not waver as he
looked (by mentally focusing) to HAYAH HAVAH’s
heavenly temple during his last dying moments as he
descended down into the depths (belly) of the great
sea (Leviathan).

Jonah 2:7
When my soul fainted within me
I remembered the LORD: and
my prayer came in unto thee,
into thine holy temple.

Jonah’s soul had given up as he was about to surrender to
the depths of the great sea, then he prayed unto HAYAH
HAVAH as his soul entered corruption (death). The prayer
of Jonah which he directed from his conscious mind towards
HAYAH HAVAH’s heavenly temple (just prior to his death),
is likened to the prayer of Yahshua (Jesus) in his dying moments
upon the cross.

Just prior to Yahshua giving up the ghost (as his soul fainted
within him) his final prayer was directed to HAYAH HAVAH.
Yahshua’s final prayer was: "Father into thy hands I commend
my spirit". Jonah’s body was literally taken down into the
depths (belly; heart) of the sea (Leviathan) and remained
dead there for three days and three nights. Yahshua’s body
also lay dead in the tomb while his spirit went into the lowest
(heart of the earth) parts of hell (grave: spiritual prison, see
1Pet.3:18,19) for three and a half days.

Jonah’s prayer (during his dying moments in the depths (belly)
of the sea) was heard by HAYAH HAVAH after Jonah’s
body lay dead and corrupted among the weeds (see
Jonah 2:5) on the ocean (Leviathan) floor for three days
and three nights. Thereafter, HAYAH HAVAH caused
the great sea (Leviathan) to vomit out (throw up) Jonah’s
body on the shore.

Jonah 2:10
And the LORD spake unto the
FISH (Leviathan: great sea), and
it vomited out Jonah upon the
dry land.

After three days and three nights had passed, the lifeless
corrupted body of Jonah was spewed up from the ocean
floor onto dry land. Jonah’s life and health was restored
unto him, as he was saved from the belly (depths) of hell
(grave).

Jonah 2:6
I went down to the bottoms of
the mountains; the earth with
her bars was about me for ever:
yet hast thou brought up my life
from corruption, O LORD my God.

After Jonah’s experience of death for three days and three
nights, he understood how serious the proclaiming of the
Word of God was, in warning the wicked. The Revealed
Word of God (HAYAH HAVAH) is designed to turn those
who were once rebellious, towards the straight and narrow path.

God revealed to Jonah by experience how the rejecting of
HAYAH HAVAH’s Revealed Word causes a person to
be swallowed up by death. Thereafter Jonah (after his
experience with death) realized how important it was to
warn Nineveh according to HAYAH HAVAH’s Word,
see Eze.33:7-9.

Jonah 3:1
And the word of the LORD came
unto Jonah the second time, saying,

Jonah 3:2
Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great
city, and preach unto it the preaching
that I bid thee.

Jonah resurrected after three days and three nights from the
belly (depths) of hell (grave). The resurrection of Jonah typifies
the resurrection of the Two Witnesses (Two sided scroll), see
Rev.11:3,7,11. Just as Jonah proclaimed the last warning to
Nineveh (capital of Assyria), so shall the 144,000 (having
eaten/learned the two sided scroll) proclaim the last warning
to latter day Babylon after the five months terrible time of
trouble are fulfilled (the five months of trouble begin at the
Sixth Seal).

LAST WARNING TO NINEVEH
Jonah 3:4
And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's
journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days,
and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

LAST WARNING TO LATTER DAY BABYLON
Rev.14:6
And I saw another angel (message given by the
144,000) fly in the midst of heaven, having the
everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell
on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred,
and tongue, and people,

Nineveh repented from their evil ways and from the violence
done by their hands. HAYAH HAVAH saw Nineveh’s works
of repentance and would not overthrow Nineveh as first intended.
During the last warning (which shall be given by the 144,000)
latter day Babylon (Christendom) shall not repent of their evil
ways or from the violence done by their hands.

NINEVEH REPENTS
Jonah 3:6
For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he
arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from
him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat
in ashes.

LATTER DAY BABYLON REBELS
Rev.16:9
And men were scorched with great heat, and
blasphemed the name of God, which hath power
over these plagues: and they repented not to give
him glory.

NINEVEH REPENTS
Jonah 3:7
And he caused it to be proclaimed and published
through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his
nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor
flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink
water:

Rev.16:11
And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their
pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

NINEVEH REPENTS
Jonah 3:8
But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth,
and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every
one from his evil way, and from the violence that is
in their hands.

LATTER DAY BABYLON REBELS
Rev.16:13
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out
of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth
of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.

NINEVEH REPENTS
Jonah 3:9
Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn
away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?

LATTER DAY BABYLON REBELS
Rev.16:14
For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles,
which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the
whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great
day of God Almighty.

NINEVEH REPENTS
Jonah 3:10
And God saw their works, that they turned from their
evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had
said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

LATTER DAY BABYLON REBELS
Rev.19:20
And the beast was taken, and with him the false
prophet that wrought miracles before him, with
which he deceived them that had received the
mark of the beast, and them that worshipped
his image. These both were cast alive into a lake
of fire burning with brimstone.

An estimated three million Israelites came out of Egypt
(see Num.11:21). It is written that God fed them with Quail For
a whole month. How is it that the Quail came from the sea?
