CHERUB acts to refer/link parents with child care providers. The selection of a child care provider is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian, and as such, no parent or guardian using this Service shall hold this Service liable or responsible in any way for the selection of the child care provider(s). Likewise CHERUB is not responsible for the selection of a family procured for employment by the child care provider, CHERUB does not guarantee referrals or placement. As such, no child care provider registered or in conjunction in any way with this Service shall hold this Service liable or responsible for the selection of a family made by the provider.
