We reserve the right to abort the job if any passenger
fails to conduct themselves in a proper manner !
No Alcohol allowed in the possession of any individual
unless all passengers are 21 years of age or older.
Parents AND Minors must sign contract for Vehicle reservation.
Parents must be home when we drop a Minor off , OR provide
a letter to drop off minors at a different address,
where an Adult is present.
We will NOT drop off any person alone anywhere AT ALL
unless a Parent/Adult Guardian is there to greet them !
NO WEAPONS or DRUGS allowed in the vehicle at any time !
Backpacks, large bags or containers on jobs other than
Airport Transfers are subject to search, according to local laws.
Person that signs this contract is liable for damage to
vehicle and its contents caused by customer or any of the other passengers.
$100.00 non-refundable deposit required on all jobs.
Cancellations subject to loss of all funds.
CHECKS accepted minimum 5 days in advance please.
Balance due 5 days prior to job date, or in cash day of job.
NO REFUNDS ! Any payments can be used within 30 days.

We Will NEVER Overbook a Vehicle, So We Can Handle Every Job Taken.
If We Have A Logan International Flight Pickup, We Will NOT Attempt To Book YOUR Trip Until We Are Clear of The Previous Job, or Book A Job BEFORE an Airport Pickup. Reasons are Traffic, Flight Delays, etc.

AIRPORT RULES & REGULATIONS AND STATE & FEDERAL LAWS
Even if you do not reserve with us, always ask ALL Companies for
Motor Carrier Number(Interstate Authority), USDOT Number,
Massport Permit for Logan and Required $1.5 Million Liability
Insurance for "Passenger For Hire" Vehicles crossing State Lines.
These are FEDERAL LAWS !!
Interstate Laws also governed by R.I. General Law Statute Number
31-3-5.
Other State Laws include 31-7-1, 31-7-2, 31-7-3, 31-20-4, 31-22-21.1

We offer Luxury Van transfer service from most cities and towns in Rhode Island and southeastern New England to both T.F. Green Airport and Boston's Logan International Airport. We also provide Transportation to New York and Connecticut Airports. Please refer to the following charts for rates to/from your location. If your city or town is not listed, please call 401-826-0999 or email and send us your itinerary for current rate information.
Transfer rates only apply to Luxury Van Service.
Quoted rates for ALL Airports include 20% Gratuity & Tolls, and a $4.00 Parking Fee will be charged on T.F. Green Airport pickups only. Cellular telephone is available at $2.00 per minute.
Don't forget, this Limo-Van can be specially adapted for Wheelchair Accessibility

If Logan International Flights Require Customs Check,
Please try to bring your Chauffeur a carry-on, so he can wait.
**Massport Only Allows your Chauffeur 20 Minute Wait at ALL Terminals.
Massport charges us extra to leave terminal, then return
Wait time begins 30 Minutes After Original Flight Arrival Time.
You Must Pay Late Fees Upon Entering Vehicle
We Exercise Safe & Prompt 1 to 1 1/2 Hour Travel Time To Logan.
Depending on your pickup location
Delays Will Be Charged At A Discounted Hourly Rate If We Are Already enRoute.
Call us immediately if you are still on the ground at your originating Airport.
** Initial Tunnel & Massport Costs Are Included for Logan Airport.
Overtime will be charged if you are dropped off beyond alotted travel time.
