Just the facts:Sonny and Lily moved to Puerto Rico when they found out she was pregnant.Brenda sucseeded at Law School becoming a very talented defence lawyer.She and Jax never married.Now takes place when Brenda is defending her boyfriend Todd Manning of the murder of Mac Scorpio.It is tearing Brenda apart from her friends and the rest of the world.Sonny and Lily just came back with their 6 year old daughter Melenie.

Hungry Eyes Chapter One

Brenda wrestled through her papers on her desk at 9:00pm Tuesday,February 2.She has baggs under her eyes and a head ache. She didn't feel like seeing anyone at the moment.She wanted to lie down and die.If anything ever hurt her more in her life,it was this case.She had to choose between her best friends and her boyfriend and career.She chose the career and boyfriend.Todd meant more to her than anything.Even if he treated her like crap.She loved him and his daughter Starr.Without them she'd have no one.There was a knock on the door.

B-C'min

Brenda looked up startled at her ex-little sister Robin.Her face had hatred written all over it.Brenda had never seen her this mad at anyone,but she had betrayed her.

Brenda tried to fake a smile.

B-Robin!What can i do for you sweety?

Robin rolled her eyes and sat in front of Brenda.She shook her head and looked down at her hands

R-Why?(there are tears in her voice)Why Brenda?

Brenda knew what she was talking about.But she tried to act clueless.

B-Why what sweety?

R-Quit calling me that!

Robin banged her hand on her desk.Brenda jumped

R-Mac..Ma..Mac was the only person I had left....and now your defending his killer Brenda!What kind of person are you!

Brenda understood why Robin was so upset.She tried to calm her down

B-You don't know Todd did anything.......

R-God Brenda!I thought i knew you better.....but your just as bad as your murdering boyfriend!

that did the trick Brenda lost it.

B-What!!Robin you should talk!First you date a NERD!Then you date an AIDS patient and a BRAINDAMAGED psycho!

Robin looked at Brenda with shocked tears

She began to whisper

R-Don't you ever....ever mention Stone like that again....do you..

Brenda is just now realizing what she said.She put her hand over her mouth

B-Rob...

R-DO YOU UNDERSTAND!?

B-Yes

R-You know....you know...Sonny would be so ashamed of you.

Sonny's name always pushed her buttons.

R-You are nothing like the girl he fell in love with.Brenda you are a bitch....you never cared about me or Sonny or Stone or anyone for that matter....and I ...I hate you.

Brenda's heart tore at those words.Her face crumbled and she began to release loud sobs.

B-Don't say that

R-I hate you

The door slammed shut and someone yelled

Todd-GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE
