This section is an expansion of "All Are Sinners, Lost, and Separated from God," to show you that even Bible believers, after their conversion to Christ, were also still sinners; and many of them were all too aware of their sinfulness and shortcomings. There is no Bible record of any of God's people ever claiming to be without sin, or as some modern-day Holiness people claim, to be "sanctified."

Rather, the contrary is true. There are many references of Bible Christians agonizing over their sin. The beauty is, in spite of their sinfulness, God still used them to do His work, perform miracles, and even write the Bible, even as He uses sinful believers today.

Luke 5:8: When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.

Romans 7:14-24, the Apostle Paul writes: For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15: For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 16: If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17: Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 18: For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19: For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20: Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 21: I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. 22: For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: 23: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 24: O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

Galatians 2:17, the Apostle Paul writes: But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

Philippians 2:20-21, the Apostle Paul writes: For our conversation is in Heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 21: Who shall change (future tense) our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
