ARMS   OF   AGAPE,   INC.

Thanks for taking the time to explore the Arms of Agape, Inc.,
information. If you have any questions or comments, please
feel free to contact us at one of the addresses below.

!!!!May God richly bless you!!!

Arms of Agape, Inc. carries two mandates.

1) IT REACHES OUT TO VICTIMS OF CHILD ABUSE. Jesus' command to
"let the little children come unto me, for to such belongs the
kingdom of God," guides our responses. No child in need of
spiritual, emotional, physical, or financial assistance shall
ever be turned away.

Any grants limiting the sharing of spiritual faith will be refused.
Any person needing help but not having funds shall not be
turned away. Those in need will be welcomed with "arms of love"
& shown how to laugh, love, learn, & live in the abundance.

"Let the little children come to me, & do not hinder
them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
                                                   Luke 18:16

2) IT REACHES OUT TO THOSE IN NEED OF SPIRITUAL & RELATIONSHIP
RENEWAL. Children, teens, single adults, engaged & married
couples, & individuals feeling a need to refocus their lives or
improve their relationships will find a place to reflect, refocus,
& reignite!

REV. DR. STEVE LANGEHOUGH, PhD, Executive Director, completed
his PhD in Pastoral Psychology through Graduate Theological
Foundation, with an emphasis on adolescent resiliency from
child abuse and the role played by spiritual faith and
religious practice.

HISTORY. Dr Langehough's vision for Arms of Agape, Inc, came to him
in September 1982. He has spent the ensuing years sharing this vision
with others. Many have come forward to offer their energy, time, and
talents as needed. We thank God for the way He is working!

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS. Arms of Agape is in the midst of establishing
a permanent headquarters in the Northeast. This permanency will
allow for a greater concentration on child abuse intervention and
resiliency, assisting families in breaking the generational cycle of
child abuse, and the providing of a safe living and learning
environment for children who must be removed from abusive
situations.

CURRENT CONCERNS. We have located an excellent facility that will
allow for all Arms of Agape programs to exist under one roof. We are
ready to institute an educational grant program, offer larger scale
counseling and group programs, and provide necessary shelter.
A pressing need is getting abused children "off the streets" and
into loving homes.

For all this to happen, though, we must add substantially to
the $8,923.10 on hand as of August 29, 2014.

Please add to your prayer list the fulfilling of our financial and
other resource needs.

YOUR PRAYERS ARE MOST NEEDED. Please pray for Dr Langehough, the
Board of Directors, current & future volunteers, & the families & children
benefit from Arms of Agape's aid. Please pray for recognition of the Holy
Spirit's wisdom & our Heavenly Father's guidance. Please pray for
strength & courage to follow in the steps of our Lord & Savior Jesus
Christ, no matter what challenges we confront.
....

"I came that they might have life, & have it abundantly."
                                                John 10:10

"Perfect love drives out fear." I John 4:18

"BUT AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSEHOLD, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD."
                                                 Joshua 24

GOD BLESS YOU ALL this day & forevermore!!
