Cool! AllCommunity accepts residents of every country around the world, and all at the same rate! AllCommunity uses a viewbar system to keep track of your surfing hours, and it rarely has any network problems. Plus, you can get paid to check your E-mail as well ($0.03US per E-mail sent to your E-mail account's inbox)! I give it a 5 star rating.

AllAdvantage.com -- AllAdvantage.com pays you $0.50US for each hour you actively surf the Internet! It's Completely FREE, and You can refer people to earn money for you when they surf the Internet as well! Cool! AllAdvantage accepts residents of Canada, the U.K. and the U.S.A., and all at the same rate! AllAdvantage uses a viewbar system to keep track of your surfing hours, and it rarely has any network problems. However, it can get frozen if you use it in conjuction with the software given by @pcdata (if you are an @pcdata participant). Overall, I give it a 5 star rating. (Requires Internet Explorer.)

ValuePay -- ValuePay pays you $1.00US for each hour you actively surf the Internet! It's Completely FREE, and You can refer people to earn money for you when they surf the Internet as well! Cool! ValuePay accepts residents of countries from around the world, and all at the same rate! ValuePay uses what they call "pIggy!" the "minibrowser", which works "on top" of your current browser. The only difference you will notice, is the convienently placed ads that appear in a well placed location (near the top right-hand corner) of your browser. (This program is great for Netscape users!)

GotoWorld.com -- GotoWorld.com pays you $0.40US for each hour you surf the Internet! It's Completely FREE, and You can refer people to earn money for you when they surf the Internet as well! Cool! Goto.com uses what is called a Internet Browser Skin, which loads "on top of" your Internet Explorer Browser. This skin is used to keep track of your hours, and offer a few added features from Goto.com as well (including Free MP3s). However, it does have a tendency to run into network problems when running its get-paid-to-surf program. I give it a 3 star rating.

ePIPO -- ePIPO pays you $0.60US for each hour you surf the Internet! It's Completely FREE, and You can refer people to earn money for you when they surf the Internet as well! How Cool Is That?! It doesn't get easier than this!

UtopiAD -- UtopiAd pays you a certain percentage of their advertising revenues based on how many hours you surf the Internet! It's Completely FREE, and You can refer people to earn money for you when they surf the Internet as well! Pretty easy, isn't it?!
