Robin Ferencz-Kotfica is one of the best cooks that I have ever had the pleasure to eat with. She expressed some interest in having her cookbook transcribed onto the internet. (Can you believe moms these days?) Below you’ll find some of her best recipes. Hopefully you’ll test some of them out, and if you do decide to keep them as your own, please just give credit here.
