South Park: Tom's Rhinoplasy (a.k.a. "The Substitute Teacher"

What's it about: It's Valentines Day and love is all around.  While Mr. Garrison leaves school to undergo plastic surgery, he is replaced by Miss Ellen.  Stan (and all the other boys) are instantly smitten, much to the chagrin of Wendy.  To show his affection, Stan promptly empties his stomach onto his desk.  Wendy becomes jealous, and tries her best to win back Stan's affections, to very little avail.  As expected, Chef moves in and tries to seduce Miss Ellen, later finding out that she's a lesbian.  Meanwhile, after undergoing plastic surgery, Mr. Garrison quits teaching to pursue a modelling career.

Stuff to watch out for:
-As soon as Miss Ellen takes over, the letters on top of the chalkboard are in their proper order, yet the "N's" are still backwards.  Possible reference to Nine Inch Nails?
-Mr. Garrison doesn't get sick until Tom mentions the movie Contact.
-The alien pictures in the back of the classroom can be seen blinking when Miss Ellen is captured.
-When asking about how Stan's date with Miss Ellen went, Kenny can be heard saying "Did you stick it in and..."
-Previous episode references: "Pink Eye" (#107), "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe" (#101), "Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride" (#104).  All episodes are featured in a flashback to all the instances where Wendy gets puked on.
