Thoughts of You

When I gaze out my window late at night,
I see the stars out shining so bright.
I pick one out and make a wish,
Wondering if far away,
In another land,
You are gazing at that same star,
Making the same wish.

When I lay alone in my bed,
Thoughts of you rush through my head,
Wondering if far away,
In another land,
You are laying in your bed,
Thinking the same thoughts.

When I want to feel you hold me,

I close my eyes and imagine,
Your strong but gentle touch,
Wondering if far away,
In another land,
You close your eyes,
And imagine holding me too.

When my heart,
Wants to say "I love you",
And you're not online to tell,
I wonder if far away,
In another land,
Your heart is whispering,
"I love you as well!"

All these things I wonder,
Your dreams,
Your thoughts,
Your touch,
Your heart.
I can feel you,
Can you feel me?
