Welcome! Please take a minute of your time to register and gain your own Voter ID. The purpose of this ID is to keep out the possibilities of fraud or the abuse of the voting booth. This is all part of the Captain Tsubasa Voter Identification System (TM) I had developed. I'm anxious for your registration, for I might submit you your Voter ID in the same day! All of the IDs will be kept under a database in order for me to keep track of who's registered and who's not. I worked this out in a way that would give everyone a fair chance to vote! Have Fun!
1.Registration Forms without PROPER names and/or e-mail addresses will be automatically discarded with no prior warning! So you can send as much votes as you want without even knowing that you aren't registered! Isn't that nice?
2.Voters can only vote ONCE per SESSION! Each session takes about one to two weeks, in order to get as much voters as possible. ADDITIONAL VOTES FROM THE SAME VOTER WILL NOT BE TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION!
3.Voters can only vote for ONE CHARACTER per session. It is like a Presidential Election. Can't vote for three Nominees now, can you?
