Krupnik
(Hot Vodka with Honey)

1 cup honey
Dash of cinnamon or stick of cinnamon
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
a few cloves
lemon rind
2 inch piece vanilla bean or 1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups of vodka

Bring honey and water, combined with vanilla, spices and lemon to a boil. Allow to boil again, remove from heat, cover and set aside for at least 20 min. to steep. Add vodka, heat and serve piping hot.
