Chimichurri

4 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 l wine vinegar
8 tsp paprika
4 cloves garlic -- crushed
10 g black pepper
1 tsp oregano
3 bay leaf -- powdered
1/2 tsp saltCombine all ingredients in a bottle, and shake it well to mix and let stand in a cool place or fridge for 4 or 5 days, for it to achieve it's full flavor.
Serving Ideas : Drop it over cooked meat or poultry.
