Birmingham, Ala. December 29th 1976. This show has been released on CD in early 1998 and entitled " Burning In Birmingham ". In my view it's an excellent show and certainly a much more energetic performance than several other shows from that year.

The jumpsuit worn at this show is called the " Inca Gold Leaf ", this was originally designed and used in 1974, somehow Elvis used several suits from 1974 during the later part of 1976 ( from October '76 onwards ).

The Birmingham show had many highlights and throughout the show you can feel that Elvis is enjoying himself a whole lot, he doesn't sound bored or tired as he did in July and August of the same year.
