The Introductory Rates are:Line rate (twice a year) $1.00/line (max. 3 lines); (once a year)$0.75/line Full page, black and white (twice a year) $200; (once a year) $125 Half a page, black and white (twice a year) $100; (once a year) $70 Quarter a page, black and white (twice a year) $50; (once a year) $35 One eighth of a page, black and white (twice a year) $25; (once a year) $16 One sixteenth of a page, black and white (twice a year) $14; (once a year) $10 The approximate dimensions are: Line = 60 characters or less. Full page = 7 x 10 Half a page = 7 x 4.5 Quarter a page = 3.25 x 4.5 One eighth of a page = 3.25 x 1.75 One sixteenth of a page = 1 x 1.75
The contractual agreements are:The advertiser agrees to pay the amount in full at the time of placing the ad, CWW will place the ad as requested in the Eclectics anthologies. Ads need to be camera-ready and fit the above specifications when submitted. Subject matter, wording, illustra- tions are subject to CWWs approval; however, no change will be made without the written approval of the advertiser. Ads must be placed on or before dead- lines set by CWW. Deadline for placing ads for the next issue is July 31, 1998. Make checks payable in US funds to Brigitta Ludgate and forward it along with your camera-ready ad to P. O. Box 223226, Carmel, CA 93922. Sorry, there is a $20 charge on checks returned with insufficient funds.
