                       Jalapeno Corn Bread (Elite)

   1      cup           water -- (8 ounces)
   1 1/2  tablespoons   extra-virgin olive oil
   2      tablespoons   honey
     1/2  teaspoon      liquid lecithin
     1/2  cup           shredded cheddar cheese -- (2 ounces)
   2      tablespoons   jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chop'd
   2      tablespoons   dried minced onion
   2 1/2  cups          whole wheat flour -- (12 ounces)
     3/4  cup           blue or yellow cornmeal -- (4 1/2 ounces)
   3      tablespoons   powdered whey
   2      tablespoons   gluten flour
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   1      teaspoon      garlic powder
   2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or the 
equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start. Makes one 1 1/2 pound 
loaf.

NOTES : I like the sharp flavor of hot jalapeno peppers, but if you prefer 
a milder taste, substitute canned green chilis.

                           Kamut Bread (Elite)

   1      cup           +2 tablespoons water -- (9 ounces)
   1 1/2  tablespoons   canola oil
   1 1/2  teaspoons     honey
   1      tablespoon    unsulfured molasses
     1/2  teaspoon      liquid lecithin
   3      cups          whole wheat flour -- (14 ounces)
     3/4  cup           Kamut flakes -- (2 1/2 ounces)
   3      tablespoons   powdered whey
   2      tablespoons   gluten flour
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   2      teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed, or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or the 
equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start.

Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.

NOTES : Kamut is easily tolerated by wheat-sensitive people, and while 
this loaf also calls for whole wheat flour, this is a good choice for 
those who try to control their intake of wheat products. Be sure not to 
buy crispy Kamut breakfast cereal !

                           Potato Bread for ABM

     3/4  cup           mashed potatoes
     3/4  cup           potato water
   2 1/4  tablespoons   vegetable oil
     3/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      tablespoon    sugar
   1 1/2  cups          bread flour
   1 1/2  cups          wheat flour
   1 1/2  teaspoons     yeast

Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order preferred by the 
machine's manufacturer. Set on the dark bread setting. Makes a 1 1/2 
pound loaf.

Sheryl's Notes state: "I usually make this with all bread flour because 
that is the way my family likes it! "

   4      tablespoons   powdered whey
   3      tablespoons   gluten flour
   3      tablespoons   carob powder
   1      tablespoon    caraway seeds
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed, or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select European setting, or the equivalent setting 
for your machine. Press Start. Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
