                         Chamomile Bread (Elite)

   1      cup           +2 tablespoons cooled chamomile tea -- (9 ounces)
   1 1/2  tablespoons   canola oil
   2      tablespoons   honey
     1/2  teaspoon      liquid lecithin
   3      cups          whole wheat flour -- (14 ounces)
   3      tablespoons   powdered whey
   2      tablespoons   gluten flour
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or the 
equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start. Makes one 1 1/2 pound 
loaf.

NOTES : Chamomile has long been known for its soothing effects on the 
nerves. It aids sleep and digestion and some evidence points to its 
abilities to relieve the symptoms of headache, fever, colds and even 
asthma. To make the tea, steep two chamomile tea bags or 1/4 cup loose 
tea in 1 1/8 cups boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain and let the strong 
brew cool before using in the bread. The flavor will be subtle. For a more 
strong scented herb bread, use peppermint instead of chamomile tea.

                   Cheddar and Chive Bread (Transition)

     2/3  cup           water -- (5 1/2 ounces)
   2      tablespoons   canola oil
   1      tablespoon    honey
   1      cup           shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese -- (4 ounces)
   2      large         eggs (or 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute)
   2 1/2  cups          unbleached all-purpose flour -- (12 ounces)
     3/4  cup           whole wheat flour -- (3 1/2 ounces)
     1/4  cup           powdered milk
   2      tablespoons   dried chives
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or the 
equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start. Makes one 1 1/2 pound 
loaf.

NOTES : Sharp cheddar cheese and mild oniony chives make this one of the

                 Cottage Cheese & Herb Bread (Transition)

     1/4  cup           hot water -- (2 ounces)
   1 1/2  tablespoons   canola oil
   1 1/2  tablespoons   honey
   1      tablespoon    no salt seasoning, such as Mrs Dash
   1      large         egg (or 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute)
     3/4  cup           low fat cottage cheese -- (6 ounces)
   2 1/2  cups          unbleached all-purpose flour -- (12 ounces)
     3/4  cup           whole wheat flour -- (3 1/2 ounces)
   2      tablespoons   powdered milk
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fine sea salt
   2 1/2  teaspoons     active dry yeast

Put all the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed or in the 
reverse order if the manual for your machine specifies dry ingredients 
first and liquids last. Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or the 
equivalent setting for your machine). Push Start. Makes one 1 1/2 pound 
loaf.

NOTES : Herbed no-salt seasoning contributes plenty of flavor to this 
mouth-watering loaf. Use hot tap water to take the refrigerator's chill

                         Country White Bread ABM

   1      cup           water -- (at 80F)
   2 3/4  cups          bread flour
   2      tablespoons   dry milk
   2      tablespoons   sugar
   1 3/4  teaspoons     salt
   2      tablespoons   butter or margarine -- cut in 4 pieces
   2      teaspoons     active dry yeast -- ---or---
   1 1/2  teaspoons     fast rise yeast

Add all ingredients to machine in order listed. Select basic or rapid 
basic. Select bread color. Press start.

Yields: One 1 1/2 pound loaf.
