* Exported from MasterCook * Vegetarian Rice Casserole Recipe By : Vima Dubyna - WW's Simply the Best Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 onion -- chopped 2 celery stalks -- chopped 1/2 green bell pepper -- seeded and chopped 1 can diced tomatoes -- no salt added 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley -- minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground 2 1/2 cups brown rice -- cooked 2 cups wild rice -- cooked 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese -- shredded Preheat oven to 350. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the onions, celery and bell pepper. Cook, stirring as needed, until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Add the tomatoes, parsley, thyme and black pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in the rices; transfer to a 3 quart casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes; uncover and sprinkle with the cheese. * Exported from MasterCook II * Caramel Apple Pie Recipe By : Callie Seaton/Sharing Our Best/West 80 Church of God Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :1:00 Categories : Desserts Fruit Pies & Pastry To Post Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 10 Kraft Caramels 1/3 C Flour 3 C Jonathon Apples -- chopped 2/3 C Caramel Ice Cream Topping 2 Tsp Lemon Juice 1/2 C Pecan Pieces Unbaked Pie Shell Combine Kraft caramels, each cut into 4 pieces, and flour. Add chopped apples, caramel topping and lemon juice; mix well. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with pecan pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 mins.
