NOW HEAR THIS... JUNE 1998 has been designated as BONUS MONTH for 
RECIPES OF THE MONTH here at CulinaryClassics!!! Instead of just 2 recipes - -
one main dish and one dessert, we have selected several recipes for 
this month's posting.
     The reason for this change is simple. My parents recently celebrated
their 31st Wedding Anniversary on the 3rd of June and I prepared them 
a special menu for dinner at home in honor of this special occasion.
Well, the dinner turned out perfectly and was enjoyed by all so I felt
that all of the recipes I used for this party were worthy of designation
of "RECIPE OF THE MONTH" ....
