                        Beef & Potatoes Stroganoff

   1      pound         beef sirloin -- cut into thin strips
   1      tablespoon    oil
   1      cup           mushroom slices
     1/2  cup           onion -- chopped
   5 3/4  ounce pkg     KRAFT Scalloped Potatoes & Cheese
     1/2  cup           sour cream
     1/4  cup           parsley -- chopped

     Brown meat in oil; drain. Stir in mushrooms and onions; cook until 
tender. Remove from pan. In same pan, prepare Potatoes & Cheese as 
directed on package for stove top, except omitting margarine. Stir in 
remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.

Broccoli    'N    Rice    Casserole

                        Broccoli 'N Rice Casserole

  10 3/4  ounces        condensed cream of mushroom soup
  10      ounces        BIRDS EYE Chopped Broccoli -- thawed and drained
   1      cup           MINUTE Rice
   8      ounces        CHEEZ WHIZ Process cheese spread
   1      cup           French fried onions
     1/4  cup           water

     Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together soup, broccoli, rice, process 
cheese spread, 1/2 cup onions and water. Spoon into 1-quart casserole. 
Bake 35 minutes. Top with remaining onions; continue baking 5 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Proceed as above, except microwave on HIGH 4 minutes; stir. 
Top with remaining onions. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes or until 
thoroughly heated.

     1/2  cup           KRAFT Real Mayonnaise
   2      tablespoons   flour
     3/4  cup           milk
  14      ounces        KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
   1      package       BIRDS EYE Broccoli Spears -- thawed and drained
   6      ounces        LOUIS RICH Oven Roasted Turkey Breast -- slices
   2      tablespoons   KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

     Preheat oven to 350F. Blend mayonnaise and flour in saucepan over
low heat. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. 
Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Spoon dinner into 10x6" baking 
dish. Arrange broccoli spears and turkey slices over dinner. Top with
mayonnaise mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until heated 
OR refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake, covered, 30 to 35
minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Cheese    &    Sausage    Strata

                        Cheese and Sausage Strata

     1/2  pound         bulk pork sausage
     3/4  cup           mushrooms -- sliced
     1/4  cup           green onions -- sliced
     1/2  pound         VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread -- cubed
   4      cups          fresh sourdough bread cubes
   1      cup           milk
   4                    eggs -- beaten

     Brown sausage; drain. Add vegetables; continue cooking 5 minutes.
Drain; cool 10 minutes. Mix together sausage mixture, process cheese 
spread and bread cubes. Spoon into greased 8" square baking dish. Beat 
milk and eggs; pour over sausage mixture. Cover; refrigerate several
hours or overnight. Bake at 350F, uncovered, 50 to 55 minutes or until
golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
