   4                    boneless, skinless chicken breasts -thin strips
   3      tablespoons   oil
   1                    green pepper -- cut into strips
   1                    red pepper -- cut into strips
   1      small         onion -- sliced
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      8 ounce       Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese -- Herb/Garlic flavor
  16      6 inch        flour tortillas -- warmed

     Saute' half of chicken in 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet until
tender; remove from skillet. Repeat with 1 tablespoon oil and remaining 
chicken. Saute'peppers, onions and garlic in remaining 1 tablespoon oil 
until crisp-tender. Add chicken to skillet; mix well. Spread approximately 
1 tablespoon cream cheese over each tortilla. Place 1/2 cup chicken 
mixture in center of each tortilla; roll up. Serve with salsa, if 
desired.

     1/2  cup           KRAFT Real Mayonnaise
   1      tablespoon    soy sauce
     1/2  teaspoon      ground ginger
   3      cups          cooked chicken -- chopped
   1      cup           blanched pea pods -- sliced lengthwise
     1/2  cup           carrot -- shredded
     1/4  cup           green onions -- chopped
   1      tablespoon    sesame seeds -- toasted
   3      cups          lettuce -- shredded

     Mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger in large bowl. Add 
chicken, pea pods, carrots, onions and sesame seeds; mix lightly. 
Chill. Serve on lettuce-covered platter.

   2      cups          mashed potatoes
     1/4  cup           parsley -- chopped
   2      cups          cabbage -- finely chopped
   1 1/2  cups          cooked corned beef -- finely chopped
   1      cup           VELVEETA Process Cheese Food -- shredded
     1/2  cup           carrot -- shredded
     1/4  cup           onion -- chopped
   1      teaspoon      caraway seed -- optional

     Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together potatoes and parsley; spoon into 
2-quart casserole. Mix together remaining ingredients; spoon over 
potatoes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

MICROWAVE: Prepare as above. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 12 minutes or until 
thoroughly heated. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Creamy    Potato    Soup

   6      slices        OSCAR MEYER Bacon -- chopped
   1      small         onion -- chopped
   2 1/2  cups          cold water
   5 3/4  ounce pkg     KRAFT Au Gratin Potatoes & Cheese
   2      cups          milk
   1      tablespoon    parsley -- chopped
   1      dash          pepper

     Cook bacon and onions in 3-quart saucepan. Drain; remove from pan. 
In same pan, bring water to boil. Add potatoes. Simmer, uncovered, over 
medium heat 18 minutes. Stir in sauce mix, milk, parsley, pepper, bacon 
and onions. Simmer over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until desired 
consistency.
