* Exported from MasterCook * Midwestern Stir-Fry: Microwave Recipe By : Kraft Weekday Survival Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip® light salad dressing 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon Kraft Pure Prepared mustard 1/2 pound smoked sausage -- halved -- cut into 1/4" slices 3/4 cup yellow squash -- slices - halved 1/2 cup green or red pepper strips 1/2 cup green onion -- cut into 1" slices Minute Premium Long Grain Rice -- hot cooked Mix together salad dressing, mustard and milk until well blended; set aside. Combine sausage, peppers and onions in medium bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in squash. Continue microwaving on HIGH 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add salad dressing mixture; mix l lightly. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 2 minutes (do not overcook). Mix together salad dressing, eggs and water until well blended. Stir in brownie mix, mixing just until moistened. Coarsely chop four chocolate bars; stir into brownie mixture. Pour into greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Immediately top with one chopped chocolate bar. Let stand 5 minutes or until melted; spread evenly over brownies. Garnish with walnut halves, if desired. Cool; cut into bars. Makes 2 dozen. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Pour dressing over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 1 to 8 hours; drain. Dip chicken in combined crumbs and pecans; press to coat. Cook chicken in margarine in large skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until tender. Oven-Fried Method: Preheat oven to 375F. Dressing 1/2 cup 7 Seas VIVA RANCH! Dressing 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 peeled avocado -- cut into chunks 1 red pepper -- cut into strips 1 1/2 quarts lettuce -- shredded 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro -- optional Stir together dressings and ground red pepper; reserve 1/2 cup. Pour remaining dressing mixture over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Preheat electric broiler (not necessary to preheat gas broiler). Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until tender. Cut into strips.
