 *PURPOSE: A recipe list created to encourage those of us with busy
           schedules to take advantage of convenience foods. These will
           not be gourmet recipes, but hopefully will still provide good
           nutrition & provide an alternative to fast food dining. 
           Recipes posted do not need a "brand name" as long as they
           contain a packaged or canned item that is a timesaver. Some
           possible sources for recipes to post to the list would be
           the backs of boxes, jars and cans. Also many companies have
           websites with recipes using their products.
