2- Nominee must have a webpage
3- Nomine must have at least three photos readily available on their website or elsewhere that I can use for the graphic link to their page. Besides, they have to be cute as a button as well as ultra-nifty, remember?
4- No one dimensional arrogant wannabe dominatrixes, please. If anyone sends me a nominee that seems that intent on being "cool as ice" I will cry like a baby and curl up in a ball while singing old Cure songs to myself. The "cool" in "Cute Cool Goth" comes from being more than just a stereotype. (And truth be told, the "Cool" is the emphasized part... there are tons of pages featuring "cute" Goths, I only know of one other site that takes personality into account.) If your only talent is telling your "slaves" to bow down to you... don't bother. >=P (Gothic Nympho Of The Week... down the hall to your left, thank you.)
5- When you nominate, along with their URL, please say a bit about why you think they deserve to be Cute Cool Goth. Give me a bit of direction. Are they great poets? Do they have nifty design skills? Do they run a great online zine? Let me know! =]
6- I will email the nominee a few days prior to the unveiling for permission and approval of their page. I've heard of sites naming people without consent and I can understand how upset some people could get by this. Also, it will give said person time to remove their email adress from their page if they see fit. Above all else, I'd like this to be a fun thing and plan on doing everything with consent.
7- On the same note... if I *decline* a submission, I will send an email explaining why to the person who sent me the nomination. I know how icky suspense can be, so no matter what the outcome, if you nominate someone, you'll hear back from me the next day at latest. =]
8- Please, please, please, please please! Do NOT send nominations for people that have already graced multiple sites. It might be nice to see your friends (or yourself) on every Goth X of the X site out there, but other people might be tired of seeing the same faces all the time. =p
9- This is really more of a personal prefference, but I *am* going to shy from pages with graphic nudity on them. ;-) Links to adult oriented sites are ok, but I'd rather not have it on the page itself. (Keeping it PG-13. ;-) )
