The "new gods" are in actuality cosmic being of immense
power who personify certain "forces" in the universe.
They were created when the Old gods of mythos
came to together and shared their collective energy
in order to create life on the Prime Material Plane.
These beings of power will be thrust into a battle for
their own existence coupled with a struggle to
understand their own existence.

As you probably noticed I did not enter any information about these characters-- it is to up to you  as I personally guide you in development.
